The Northern Brazoria County Education Alliance (NBCEA) is a regional workforce development partnership comprised of leaders from industry, business, education, and the community.

Established in December 2007, NBCEA is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization founded to align industry, business, education, and government in order to strengthen the regional workforce and support sustainable economic growth. All contributions to NBCEA are tax-deductible.

NBCEA is dedicated to advancing workforce development initiatives that reflect the evolving needs of industry and emerging technologies. The organization works closely with Pearland Independent School District (PISD) to support students through strategic programming and targeted project-specific grants that enhance career and technical education opportunities.

Through these efforts, PISD high school students gain access to industry-aligned training, practical skill development, and clear career pathways. The goal is to ensure graduates are equipped with the technical competencies, academic foundation, and real-world experience necessary to succeed in higher education
